Whether you're a "regular" at Many Ways of Peace or never been here before, stop in for a few sips or linger longer over a cup or two of fair trade/organic tea and delicacies from the Many Ways of Peace Kitchen. Our Reaper drone has taken up residence here and will be appropriately attired for this special occasion.

Mondays, 9-10AM, Guided Sitting and Walking Meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, led by Mary Jo Berner. When our breathing is in harmony with our steps, we transform our walking path into a field of meditation and with each step, a gentle breeze blows, a flower blooms. Whether you're walking to your car or at home, walking with awareness calms the mind.
Economic Development in Vilas County

Tuesday, January 21, Noon-1PM, Peace Cafe, View on Vilas, with Christopher Stark, UW Extention-Vilas County Community Resource Development Agent. Chris will share insights fron an economic analysis he compiled in 2012 with the focus on Eagle River, which has 42 percent of the economic activity for Vilas County. Soup featuring local and organic ingredients will be served at noon, followed by the program.
