WNPJ Shared Space

WNPJ has a beautiful new office space at 30 W. Mifflin Street Suite 702 and we want to share it with you! We are looking for groups or individuals to rent space and do events here.  Other groups that are sharing the space are Operation Welcome Home, Sankofa Behavioral and Community Health, Family Farm Defenders, and Vets for Peace.  

 

We want other organizations, artists, grad students, progressive small businesses, student groups, and others to use the space.  This is a social, environmental, racial, disability,  queer, and trans, justice

space.

 

The office is large, open, and equipped with desks, tables, chairs, couches, and other office needs. There is a conference room (for meetings of 6-12 people) and a smaller private office (for meetings of 2-4 people), plus extensive and wide storage shelving. The space was remodeled two years ago with a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. Two huge windows overlooking State Street and the city give a beautiful view.

 

Rent includes WIFI, phone service, printing/copying, and conference room.These are some monthly costs that can be negotiated for organizations and individuals:

 
 
  • Dedicated Desk - $200-$400

  • Daily Workspace - $100-$200

  • Occasional Workspace - $50-$100

  • Student - $25 - $50

  • Other use by donation

 

You can also rent the conference room or main room for special events.  - $25-$300
