Campaign to End the Death Penalty
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Gregg v. Georgia Supreme Court ruling that reinstated the use of the death penalty in 1976. In the 30 years since, the capital punishment system has compiled a shameful, ugly record, reeking of racism, class bias and flaws. The time to do away with the death penalty system is 30 years overdue!

Innocence Project
The prospect of innocents languishing in jail or, worse, being put to death for crimes that they did not commit should be intolerable to every American, regardless of race, politics, sex, origin, or creed. At the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law students handle the case work while supervised by a team of attorneys and clinic staff.
Southern Center for Human Rights
The Center’s legal work includes representing prisoners in challenges to unconstitutional conditions and practices in prisons and jails; challenging systemic failures in the legal representation of poor people in the criminal courts; and representing people facing the death penalty who otherwise would have no representation.

National Campaign to Abolish the Death Penalty
Since its inception in 1976, NCADP has been the only fully staffed national organization exclusively devoted to abolishing capital punishment. NCADP provides information, advocates for public policy, and mobilizes and supports individuals and institutions that share our unconditional rejection of capital punishment.
Citizens United for Alternatives to the Dath Penalty
CUADP works to end the death penalty in the United States through aggressive campaigns of public education, and the promotion of tactical grassroots activism.
