Well known activists, former staff of Peace Action of Wis., former Fellows at Marquette University Center for Peacemaking, recipients of Lifetime Activist Awards from Wisconsin Network for Peace, Justice & Sustainability.
 
Julie Enslow and George Martin have planned this training for new and experienced activists to come together and grow in their activism skills through workshops with power-point presentations, discussions, and sharing of best practices. Printed materials along with lunch will be provided with registration. Bring a memory stick to copy the power-points for reference and so that you can train others.

• Strategy Chart Planning
• Organizing Demonstrations, Vigils, Marches, News Conferences
• Nonviolent Direct Actions        
• Working with the Media and Authorities
• Effective Flyers, Signs and Banners
