Nothing influences a county board like a large turnout. 
Resolution 264, opposing the Cardinal Hickory Creek transmission line, will come up for vote before the entire county board. This is the County’s second resolution, “stacked" after ATC ignored their July 2017 resolution asking for traditional cost-benefit analysis to enable elected official comments to affect the content and scope of the Cardinal Hickory Creek application.
