10/23 Thurs (check time on this) Panel Discussion of Scholars on the Exhibition ‘Nazi Persecution of Homosexuals 1933-1945’ – Madison. Site of the panel discussion and time to be determined. The exhibition is in the University of Wisconsin Memorial Union Library, on display from October 10th to December 10th and will be accessible to the general public during library hours. The grand opening will include an inaugural address given by Neal Guthrie, exhibition research historian from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (location and time to be announced). This exhibition uncovers a part of history unknown to many people. Teachers in universities and public schools will have a unique opportunity to offer a visually powerful history lesson that reveals the consequences of hatred and injustice.
