General guidelines:

2) WNPJ is not responsible for the positions taken by the authors
3) no fundraising or commercial use is allowed
4) no endorsement or promotion of candidates for any elected public office is allowed
5) author must include full name, city and state of residence, and current email address, if any
6) author must be current dues-paying member of WNPJ
7) no personal attacks on individuals are allowed
8) WNPJ reserves right to edit all submissions
9) no attachments or hot links to websites are allowed
